I've been using HeyGen for just under a week. I am totally thrilled.

When you create translations from a script, the fade-ins and fade-outs for media objects are lost. This is unpleasant, because of course you have to rework everything and with languages that you don't speak, this is almost impossible. I realize that it can't be word-perfect, but sentence-perfect would be good.

I have products that have names that should be pronounced in English (DragPad, CosyTrack, bowolutions). In non-English languages, the names are of course not pronounced in English.

It would be good if there was a central proper name directory in which the proper names could be stored globally together with the desired pronunciation.

At least in German, very long pauses are made between commas. This makes the language sound a bit robotic. It would be great if the pauses at the punctuation marks (especially at the commas) could be configured

I have removed all commas from the German script as a test, which leads to a much smoother text.

I often insert a short pause at the end of a scene. Sometimes the avatars then make an “uncoordinated noise”, including lip movement. That is quite unattractive.

I heard this in last Thursday's webinar: The wish that several avatars can appear in one scene seems to have been expressed frequently. I would like that too.
