I want to create a video with the AI chat agent, but when I want to generate it with my prompt, it states : 

“Votre avatar est en cours de traitement, veuillez essayer plus tard”, which honestly, I don't really know how to translate… 

My avatar is supposedly ready to work, I already have created 5 reels with that… so I don't understand what's going on (the issue has been as it for 5 hours)
