I make videos that require closed captions, and I make lots of them. HeyGen has an option to bulk download with embedded captions. Wonderful, right? Wrong. It's broken. 

Whenever I use the bulk download option, with the captions enabled, I get two completely identical files for each video - both without captions. Utterly useless. 

Are there any plans to fix this anytime soon??
