As a long-time user, I love HeyGen, but the current pricing structure creates severe friction. Right now, monthly credits can be depleted very quickly during high-volume periods. When this happens, users are left with no viable options if they don’t want to commit to a much higher, permanent monthly tier.

Forcing a full plan upgrade just to get a few extra generations feels restrictive and economically unjustified for creators with fluctuating workloads.

standalone, one-off credit packs (pay-as-you-go)

. Allowing us to top up credits instantly without changing our base subscription would solve a major pain point, increase customer retention, and prevent users from migrating to competitors who offer unlimited plans or better flexibility. Please consider adding this capability soon!

If HeyGen wants to stay ahead, there needs to be a more immediate, user-friendly solution like allowing us to buy one-off, standalone credit packs without forcing a full plan upgrade.
