I had a Creator plan that included unlimited Avatar III usage, but due to a card issue, the payment didn't go through. By the time I resolved the problem, HeyGen had cancelled the subscription, so I had to sign up again. That’s when I realized that even Avatar III usage now consumes credits! In other words, the credits don't go very far; the technology—which should be improving and becoming cheaper—has actually become more expensive. I’m looking for another platform to switch to that offers better value for money.

I had trouble paying for my plan; they cancelled and renewed it, removing the unlimited Avatar III.
