They are capitalizing on the visual hype of an impressive technology to sell a product that does not function reliably.The core issue and the scam lies in their business model: the system fails 85% of the time, completely ignoring the prompts, yet 

HeyGen keeps charging and deducting credits regardless

. The user ends up paying out of pocket for the platform's own development flaws. I demand a full refund of the credits lost due to system failures or an immediate refund of my money.
