I signed up for the tier that allows for one custom avatar (on Live Avatar). I created, deleted, re-created a live avatar several times. The last time I deleted it and tried to re-create it, says I ran out of custom avatars and wait for next billing cycle. Is this a bug on the back end? I should get 1 custom avatar and right now I have none. Thanks.
