I connected HeyGen to Claude and it works with mobile, but I get an error with desktop.  Help please. 

The MCP connection is genuinely working — the mobile app proves that. The problem is entirely that one of HeyGen's tool names contains a character that fails the desktop app's validation (

). It's a one-character fix on HeyGen's end.

 is reporting it to HeyGen support directly. Something like: 

"One of your MCP tool names fails Claude desktop's regex validation — specifically tool index 186 has an invalid character. The pattern required is 

. Mobile works but desktop is completely blocked."

 That's a 5-minute fix for their dev team.
