I chose HeyGen and built my entire video production workflow around your service, relying on the unlimited Avatar III usage included in the Creator Plan. I have been a loyal paying subscriber for several months.This month, I renewed my subscription—the same price, the same plan name, the same checkout process. There were no warnings of any kind: no pop-ups, no emails, no in-app banners, and no announcements on the forum.Yet immediately after payment, I discovered my account had been migrated to a new credit-based system. My unlimited access is gone. A credit cap has appeared where there was previously no limit. I never consented to these changes. I wasn't even offered the option to remain on the legacy plan terms I had been paying for.This isn't just a policy update—it is a unilateral termination of an agreement with a loyal customer.
