I was able to use the Video Agent, I believe this is what the video creator on the home page is called, and enter the avatar I wanted to use, the voice, and then go to the Style/Brand tab and pick my style for the background creation of my videos.  I always used IOS Brand/Style.  It fits my style and liking.  This was up to about a week ago.  Now I don't have this option and there is no way to find the IOS Style.  Not through tech support, not through your AI agent.  It's just gone.

When speaking with support, they told me a developer or team of developers added the new Brand Style, to the site, to gauge the feedback from users.  I can tell you my feedback.  Please give me back my ability to use created styles.  The Brand is horrible.  Even when I add my logo, banner and other content, the brand content is just awful and adds nothing to the creation of a good video.  Please give us the ability to get back to what we had.

Also, I understand or hope you want to make a great product for the end users, but in doing so, wouldn't you want to add capabilities to my workflow, not cut off my workflow?  If it is true, a developer took away the style/brand button, to add brand category, or whatever its called, this in no way positively added to my workflow.  My workflow has been stopped…completely.  I've been told by your team, “I can always use a template and create my own content”.  If I wanted to do this, why wouldn't I just use PowerPoint and Canva, to create some lack luster video content.  I bought my subscription with HeyGen, because your platform can help me create content faster, not to do what already exists.

Please add the ability to gain access back to the styles you once had.  I am on a deadline and I need my production back.
