A couple of months ago, a friend from Atlanta asked me to develop and produce a meditation video series that was bite-sized and generated with AI. Here's what I came up with:

 is a culturally inclusive guided meditation video series designed to center and uplift women of color through the transformative power of mindfulness. Blending generative AI technology with authentic storytelling, each episode features digital hosts—Black, Latina, Asian, Indigenous, and multiracial women—who guide viewers through calming, affirming meditations rooted in themes like self-love, resilience, intergenerational healing, and cultural pride. Originally launched in English, 

 has expanded to include multilingual versions in Spanish, French, Hindi, and Chinese, with more languages to come. 

 will launch formally later this summer! Each experience is tailored to reflect the emotional, spiritual, and cultural realities of the women it serves, making 

 more than just meditation—it’s a digital sanctuary for global sisterhood, emotional restoration, and collective empowerment.
