I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my Avatar V digital twin and would like to understand whether this is a known limitation and what we can do about it.

- During speech generation, teeth look unnatural — too uniform and overly white, not like my real teeth

- The color appears bleached and retouched, the lifelike enamel texture is lost

- Subtle eye "breathing" effect — slight size pulsing during the video

- Used Custom Motion prompts (calm expression, lips mostly closed, minimal facial movement)

- Uploaded reference image of my actual teeth via Scene Element — result was even worse (teeth looked artificially inserted)

- Tested with clean ElevenLabs audio at a steady pace

The auto-generated preview of my avatar (the short demo HeyGen creates right after avatar training) looks perfect — natural teeth, stable eyes. But when I generate my own videos with the same avatar, the artifacts appear. This suggests the issue is in the generation pipeline, not the trained model itself.

I found in your Avatar V technical report that "teeth deformation" is explicitly listed among known artifacts the team is working on. The Avatar V webinar mentioned "teeth consistency — the model now preserves your teeth from the reference video." However, in practice this doesn't seem to be working reliably.

1. Is this a known regression or limitation that's actively being addressed?

2. Is there a recommended workflow to improve teeth rendering with current Avatar V (specific reference video requirements, settings)?

3. Would switching to Avatar IV give more stable and natural-looking teeth for corporate-style videos?

4. Any ETA on the "improved teeth rendering" mentioned in your planned updates?

This is blocking professional use of my avatar for client-facing content. Would appreciate any guidance from the team or fellow users who solved this.
