When translating a video, the option to cancel lip-sync has disappeared. Every video translation deducts credits, even when there is NO lip-sync in the video and NO human face at all! All the tips and plan descriptions state that credits are only deducted for lip-sync, but credits are being deducted for no reason. This feels like a scam!

I purchased an annual subscription, and the terms of the paid plan have already changed 3–4 times. How are we supposed to work with you if we cannot be sure that you won’t change the rules again tomorrow? There is no stability or predictability at all!
