I've been mainly working with the Video Agent Chat tool as I need my videos to have specific content generated and complex scenes rather than simply using the templates provided in Heygen's other engines.

I've come across some hurdles that are severely affecting my workflow and I'd like some guidance.

First and foremost, Video Agent seems to get stuck fairly often, which is a nuisance when trying to work on projects in a timely manner. I understand that I should avoid generating a video until I am sure the draft revisions are accurate to my vision, however, the Video Agent often times automatically decides to attempt to generate without prompting me and get stuck this way. This time it seems to have gotten stuck indefinitely on a project I spent much time carefully assembling. I've asked support to look into the backend and see if they can delete any jobs or prompt the Video Agent to reset so it no believes it is currently generating a task that does not exist, but support has provided no helpful solution so far and simply told me to restart entirely while refunding 200 credits.

This is not acceptable as I have a project I have already invested much time and effort in, and would appreciate assistance in seeing it through.

Additionally, despite following best practices, No matter how carefully I've tried to prompt the Video Agent to generate a specific subject in a scene to remain consistent a certain way, and provided references for it to do so, it often times acknowledges the specific error, assures me it has been fixed, and then proceeds to generate the same erroneous output despite telling me the issue has been fixed.

This has been incredibly frustrating and I would love to know if anyone can please advise me on how I can get around this without losing my progress, if there are some credible sources I can look into for more advanced Heygen projects, and if anyone has experienced the same complications expressed here.
