Subject: Unauthorized charges after cancellation — refund required (May & June 2026)

I am writing about two charges made to my account that should never have occurred.

I cancelled my HeyGen Creator subscription in May 2026. My account is now on the Free plan, which confirms the cancellation went through (screenshot attached). My final billing should therefore have been the 13 April 2026 charge.

- 13 June 2026 — $29.00 (currently "Processing")

Both charges are unauthorized. I am requesting the following:

1. Immediately stop or reverse the 13 June 2026 charge before it completes.

2. Refund the 13 May 2026 charge of $29.00.

3. Send written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and that no further charges will be made.

I have attached screenshots of my invoice history and current plan status as evidence. Please resolve this within 5 business days.

I switched to free plan. I no longer subscribed to any plan still, Heygen charging me for last few months.
