Has anyone experienced issues when you generate an Avatar III video?  Mine seems to disappear. I don't get any message about “in-process” and can't find it anywhere.  I've contacted support and they don't seem to know why.  I went through all the steps they suggested and still not working and still can't find it.  They passed my issue on to a higher level of support, and they asked if I looked at my projects page…that was the first place I looked and now I can't get a response from them.  This is the second glitch in 2 weeks I've had with the videos.  Last week, when I tried to download a completed Avatar III or IV video, it came across with a blank page for the first few seconds.  No one was able to figure out what the issue was, they were very nice in giving me credits that I had used in trying to figure this out but never gave me answer.  I am Creator level and love the videos that I've created but now stuck and can't get an answer.
