I've been trying to subscribe for a while now, but I keep getting declined. I've tried 3 different cards, 2 of which have worked fine on HeyGen before and are currently active on other subscriptions elsewhere.

I've reached out to their support, but they've been really slow to respond and haven't given me any clear resolution yet.

Has anyone else run into this recently, or found a workaround?
