Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well?

Have you also been having issues generating videos with Avatars that are longer than 5 minutes over the past two weeks?

For the past two months, I've created about ten videos with Avatars ranging from 5 to 10 minutes in length, using a prompt that I modify depending on my project—it was working great.

For the past two weeks, every time I try to generate a video, Heygen blocks me and tells me there’s an error during video generation—even when I split the video into several parts to reduce the file size.

I don’t have many details about the error; Heygen just tells me that the video is too long, even though it was working perfectly two weeks ago.

Have any of you encountered the same issue?
