I'm currently building a YouTube storytelling channel and using HeyGen as a major part of my workflow.

I've been experimenting with long-form videos (7–10 minutes) using custom avatars, voice cloning, B-roll generation, subtitles, and editing in Canva afterward.

I'd love to hear from creators who are producing longer content rather than short clips.

Do you generate the entire video in HeyGen or create it in segments? 

How do you manage credit usage efficiently? 

What's your process for keeping visuals engaging throughout a longer video? 

Have you found any tricks for getting better B-roll and more consistent results?
