I specify the entire prompt to the AI, including the voice to use, the music, and the avatar selected from HeyGen's public library. However, it consistently produces the opposite result. When I correct a specific aspect, it alters everything else again. Is there a reliable way to ensure that once I choose an avatar, it remains consistent across all my videos? I paid for a one-month subscription and doubt I will renew. After three days of use, I've only managed to create one video welcoming students to a course. Meanwhile, the app continues to experience issues generating the other videos needed for our learning course. This has been a significant waste of time. It's worth noting that another AI is providing HeyGen with prompts to minimize errors. The same prompt was given to Gemini, and Gemini understood it and produced what was expected. The only problem is that Gemini only makes videos of a few seconds and not with the level of realism we expect from the avatars.
