Content moderation for adult products, even when described in a professional, non-explicit way, can trigger automatic filters in HeyGen’s AI review system. 

If a video gets blocked, always submit for manual review as you have been doing, at this time this is the only solution. Our team is working to improve the review process speed for these cases. 

Please email support@heygen.com with a few example video IDs that were blocked so we can escalate them and see if there are patterns we can adjust.

I write here our frustration but working with Heygen is anything but easy and fast for our experience. And this is a real shame because it could be really useful!  we use video translation with Heygen, we create commercial videos in which we explain the features of the products, we do it using a simple, direct and non-vulgar tone: the problem is that the product is a sex toy! Out of 100 videos uploaded with proofreading at least half are blocked, I can only upload the video and rely on the translation of artificial intelligence (very often not perfect, sometimes even wrong according to native speakers), ask for support to unblock the content and be able to download it. And in any case get to the end of this whole process spending time and energy because many videos being unacceptable you have to re-shoot them and try again with the translation!

Do you have any suggestions? Have you had the same problems?!

It makes no sense to block content because it is considered "against the policy" but still unblock it then asking for support! Our content is not vulgar or dangerous.
