I'm sharing the same feeling, I used video dubbing to study content from other languages, now with this monthly limitation, I'll be forced to cancel the plan

I think we all bought HeyGen just for the video translation option, and apparently it's no longer unlimited. I don't know what's going on. Support isn't responsive. It's really frustrating that I can't work. I have a backlog of work. The monthly fee is already expensive, so why would they want to charge so much per video?

I mean, they're selling a $15 package for 300 credits, which is equivalent to one hour of translated video. It's absurd. I think HeyGen should listen to its community and roll back this update, which will make many people stop renewing, and I'll be the first.
