I purchased the creator plan and in that plan, it said I have unlimited videos to upload for anything including dubbing or translating. Then I get an error that I have reached my limite. May I suggest that the company speedily update the description of the plans that it was changed to 120 minutes of video dubbing and translation and there is no unlimited videos (which is heart breaking). That would have been good to put there because I was led to believe that I had unlimited videos, I received no notification that there were "changes" to the plan. It has greatly affected my work flow and now I have to consider looking else where because I have too much work that is hours and hours of work I need done almost daily. My church is a small one, and we have been trying to get our messages translated and dubbed and have been going from one program to the next. We live off a missionary salary, which is very little, and out of that have to pay other bills. I found HeyGen and believed it to be the answer and was so ecstatic that I found a great and top AI dubbing site where I could pay 29$ for "unlimited videos". Now, that has changed. This was the perfect price that we could afford and my church and I were very much looking forward to taking years of content and dubbing it and then moving forward with our newer and weekly content. I was suggested to reach out to the Production Team and let them know my struggles. Not sure where the Video Translation feature feedback button is as I have looked and looked for it. So I am posting this here and hopefuly will get some help and answers to my prayers. I had a great person helping me in the chat and explaining everything to me, and I really appreciate the quick service and all. I am just very disappointed in the company not updating their plans to be accurate and personally, I feel was a false advertisement of the plan.
