, we've announced 8 featured videos from the Video Agent Challenge!

Hundreds of entries came in from all experience levels - thank you to the more then 70 community members who participated here in the forum alone! 

The judging criteria focused on creative ambition, effective use of Video Agent, and the learnings shared from your process. 

 — Dominic Barrios created a 60-second bilingual (Taglish) ad for Filipino small business owners. He structured the prompt around a five-beat arc and iterated on specific revision notes after the first render — things like swapping placeholder UI with uploaded screenshots and enhancing split-screen comparisons.

 — Dr. Francisco Villacorta Córdova, a practicing ICU physician, made a sepsis awareness video that distills critical medical knowledge into something the general public can understand and share.

 — "Professor Simian's Masterclass" traces the history of video games using a creative monkey professor character. The creator navigated copyright smartly by prompting for visual styles and aesthetics rather than specific trademarked characters.

 — Simone Ravaioli built a weekly workflow: an AI agent scans the week's news in credential technology, generates a script, and the creator finishes it in HeyGen Studio with branded elements. The full cycle produces a sub-2-minute video.

 — Amybeth Menendez reviewed prepress software Fuga using her own AI avatar. B-roll took multiple iterations to get right, but the end result was good enough that the software company's marketing team picked it up.

 — A Brand Kit OS feature showcase that demonstrated how uploading a reference video with audio lets Video Agent understand context and generate matching voiceover. The creator also found that referencing specific timestamps improved accuracy significantly.

 — Nikolai, who had never created a video before, produced a 10-step ECCN classification training guide complete with diagrams and illustrations — all generated within Video Agent.

 — "Neon Rivalry: Ford vs Nissan." The creator ran two iterations of a neon car concept, then modified the prompt to add a thunderstorm. Instead of just layering rain on top, Video Agent reinterpreted the entire visual feel.

Key patterns emerged across all submissions:

Treating prompting as an iterative conversation rather than a one-shot command consistently produced better results. 

Uploading reference assets (brand materials, images, existing video) gave Video Agent much clearer direction.
