you'd need a separate paid Elevenlabs subscription in addition to your HeyGen subscription. The HeyGen subscription alone doesn't include Elevenlabs voices. You would also need to integrate your Elevenlabs account by adding Elevenlabs API key in the AI Voice tab.

Hi, I am encountering ‘Elevenlabs thirty party voice integration is only available to Elevenlabs paid users’ even though I have paid subscription with HyGen. The Help guide is no help. Any advice for this issue?
