Hi everyone! 👋
 I'm trying to create a 

talking video with a transparent background

 using a custom character image I uploaded — her name is 

She is a fictional princess and eco-guardian of the sea 🌊🌿. A poetic, nature-loving character created for environmental storytelling and educational content. Her personality is kind, gentle, and a bit magical — think fairy-tale style!

I uploaded her image, but I can’t seem to get HeyGen to generate a 

talking avatar video with no background (green screen or transparent)

How to make her talk using the photo I provided
