Same here, I would just do it on ElevenLabs and then connect it via API, but then there might be surprise charges. The voice clone feature is definitely not implemented properly because when I do it on ElevenLabs it works perfectly.

I've tried several times with different settings using the following options, but I haven’t been able to get a proper voice clone that matches the original voice quality:

 Let HeyGen choose the best voice engine. 

 The standard engine, powered by ElevenLabs — known for natural, studio-quality narration across multiple languages. 

, but the results still fall short of expectations. Even after reaching out to Support, we weren’t able to create a voice that truly resembles the original in tone or quality.

Is anyone else facing similar issues, or am I missing something critical in the process?


 Any tips or success stories would be greatly appreciated!
