When generating a video from a V4 template using an audio variable with a URL, I get this error:

        "message": "Something is wrong, please contact api@heygen.com"

The only way I have suceeded to avoid this error is to upload the audio as an asset and use asset_id instead of url in the properties.

: When using an audio variable for avatar lip-sync, the scene length does not adapt to the length of the provided audio.

For example, if the template has a placeholder audio clip of 4 minutes and I provide a new audio clip of 1 minute, the generated video is still 4 minutes long. The avatar lip-syncs correctly for the first minute, then stands completely still for the remaining 3 minutes.

This workflow worked perfectly in the earlier V3 templates. The scene duration would automatically adjust to match the audio length. This no longer works with the new V4 templates. And makes the service not useable for me.

Note that the variable is type: audio. When I generate using:

                "url": "https://my-audio-url.mp3"

This fails with the internal_error above. Using asset_id instead of url works, but does not adjust the scene length…. ?

Is there a way to make the scene duration adapt to the audio length in V4 templates? Or is there a parameter I am missing?
