Hello, Lately I have been uploading images to create lip sync videos and HeyGen has been adding background noise to the clips generated. Sometimes it sounds like a noisy cafe or a crowded stadium. Not really sure who to reach out to about this, and can't find a contact for HeyGen directly. It would be great if this added noise feature stopped. We want clean spoken audio only - to then add our own music / sound effects to, in the edit. Please someone come back to me about this urgent issue.
