as a Team-Plan user producing long-form educational videos (5–10 minutes) that combine talking-head avatars with slides and templates, I’ve noticed a critical limitation in the current AI Studio workflow:

Whenever a project is divided into multiple scenes, the avatar resets slightly at each scene boundary and the audio playback restarts, even when the same uploaded audio file is used across scenes. This creates visible and audible jumps (“micro-cuts”) that break visual continuity — especially in professional videos that rely on fluid storytelling.

 – continuous avatar rendering across multiple scenes, without visual or facial reset.

 – soft overlap of outgoing and incoming scenes to eliminate audible gaps.

 – optional visual transitions (e.g. blur, zoom, light flash) instead of hard fades.

 – the ability to lock one uploaded voice track across all scenes, maintaining perfect sync.

High-quality explainer videos and online courses depend on natural pacing and uninterrupted delivery. Currently, I need to export each scene separately and post-process transitions in Final Cut Pro — which breaks the “AI Studio = all-in-one” workflow that HeyGen aims to deliver.

“Continuity Mode” toggle per project (keeps avatar session alive between scenes).

Crossfade option (0.2–0.5 s overlap) between scene boundaries.

Optional unified audio timeline across scenes.

I’d love to beta-test this feature in the Team Plan once available.

It would dramatically improve the professional usability of AI Studio for serious content creators.
