I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to share my experience as a current user and provide feedback on your pricing structure.

I'm currently using HeyGen's Team plan primarily for translating course videos to help with my self-directed learning. While I absolutely love the quality of your platform's video translation capabilities, I'm facing some challenges that I believe are shared by many individual users like myself.

The main issue I'm experiencing is that the current pricing structure feels prohibitively expensive for individual users who use the platform for educational purposes without any commercial intent. As someone who's trying to learn through online courses, tutorials, and educational YouTube videos, the cost of credits makes it very difficult for me to use the platform regularly.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I only use a small fraction of HeyGen's features - I literally just need video translation. I don't use avatars, multiple languages, or most of the other advanced features included in the plans. So I'm essentially paying for a comprehensive toolkit when I only need one specific tool, which doesn't make financial sense for my use case.

I understand that businesses and large institutions have different needs and budgets, but there seems to be a significant gap in serving individual learners and self-taught students like myself. The high credit costs make it nearly impossible for me to translate the educational content I need to support my learning journey.

I'd love to suggest a few potential solutions that might work for users in my situation:

First, could you consider offering an educational or individual learner plan at a lower price point? Even if it came with some limitations, it would make the platform accessible to students who aren't affiliated with universities or large institutions.

Second, instead of limiting monthly or daily usage, what if you implemented concurrent processing limits? For example, allowing users to process only 1-3 videos simultaneously would prevent abuse while still allowing reasonable usage for educational purposes.

Lastly, a translation-only plan would be perfect for users like me who don't need the full feature set but would gladly pay a fair price for unlimited video translation capabilities.

I really believe HeyGen has incredible technology and quality, but the current pricing model is keeping it out of reach for many potential users who could greatly benefit from it. I'm hopeful that you might consider more flexible options that could serve different types of customers while maintaining the excellent service quality you're known for.
