We are currently exploring major updates to HeyGen’s platform, specifically focusing on automation, integrations and smoothing out your workflows.

We want to move beyond just "making videos" and help you build entire video production 

. To do that, we need to understand how you work today.

We’ve listed 3 questions below to help spark your thinking. You don't need to answer them all! Feel free to answer them directly, or just share whatever thoughts you have on how we can better automate your daily work or fit into your existing tool stack.

Think about the last few videos you created. Where did the content 'live' before you brought it into HeyGen?(e.g., Rows in a Google Sheet, a Shopify product page, a Notion doc, a Jira ticket, or a Slack thread).

Do you currently use N8N or Make? What’s a workflow that you commonly do that you wish you could do on HeyGen? For example, create an avatar video with CRM data.

What other tools are you currently forced to use 

 HeyGen to finish your videos?(e.g., ChatGPT for scripting, CapCut for editing, Canva for thumbnails, or ElevenLabs for audio). Which of these would you most love to see built directly into HeyGen??
