🚨 I AM ANOTHER VICTIM OF HEYGEN – DECEIVED BY A COMPANY THAT PROMISES “UNLIMITED” PLANS AND THEN TAKES EVERYTHING AWAY! 🚫

I’m writing this to express my deep frustration and outrage at HeyGen, a company that promotes and sells so-called “unlimited” plans — even placing a trademark symbol next to the word "unlimited translations" — only to silently change the rules later, without prior notice, without consent, and without any respect for customers who have already paid.

I am one of the victims. I subscribed specifically for the unlimited video translation feature, which was clearly advertised and is the main reason I paid for the service. Suddenly, and without any warning, I was informed that this "unlimited" feature is now capped at only 2 hours of translation per month — regardless of whether you paid for a full year in advance.

This is completely unacceptable. It’s a clear act of deceptive advertising, a breach of trust, and a violation of consumer rights. HeyGen manipulates its terms at will, offers no proper notification, no compensation, no partial refund, and zero respect for its existing users. What we paid for is no longer what we receive. That is fraud.

I am willing to take legal action and encourage others who were also misled to come forward and unite. This company must be held accountable for its dishonest, misleading, and unethical business practices.

Do NOT trust HeyGen. Do NOT buy their “unlimited” plans. It’s a scam.
