I previously reported poor Avatar IV generation quality on my paid Creator plan. You added 900 credits, but the core problem remains: paid Avatar IV output is consistently worse than the free version. Examples: incorrect hand movement, bad lip sync, unnaturally fast background motion, and people walking backwards. I have regenerated multiple times quality does not improve.

Because this is a quality problem, not a minutes problem, I demand my wasted Avatar IV credits be refunded or fully restored to my account. If HeyGen cannot restore the wasted credits, I will cancel my subscription and stop using HeyGen. I’m posting this publicly because the issue still hasn’t been fixed.

Please confirm the credit refund/restoration or an alternative resolution.
