Quoted vs Actual Credits

I just started using HeyGen to create short videos (<5 min). I have the Creator package that comes with 600 credits per month. During my testing, I noticed that the tool quoted me a certain number of credits before hitting Generate video, which is nice to see for planning purposes. However, now that I started production, I see that the # of credits quoted up-front is very different than the # of credits actually used. For example, in one video I got quoted 7 credits and it ended up using 31 cred

Does someone have a list of Best Practices with Hey Gen?

I know this is big question. But some videos are looking better than others. For example, our voice is coming from Eleven Labs via the API. Is that cleaner? We upload videos vs. recording an actual video. Is one better than the other? thanks

I can't generate anymore Avatar 3 videos, i thought they were unlimited?QuestionAsk the communityIm trying to generate a video that is only using Avatar 3 not 4 or 5. When i click generate it says that this video will use 50-70credits. I'm not sure why it would need to use credits since its just an avatar 3 video. Built a brand film with a HeyGen cast

Hi HeyGen Community, I'm Roberto. I run a company where three humans work alongside a squad of AI agents, and I make brand films about that idea using HeyGen avatars as the cast. I want to share my latest one. What makes it different is that it was not made by one creator with one avatar.
