I have been trying all day to get a correct answer for how to create these videos included in my plan. 

I have received many different answers from “customer service”, non of them are correct. Unfortunately, the interface on this platforms changes frequently, and customer service references old information. Then, they provided incorrect information. 

I finally created a video, based on their instructions, and the system charged me extra generative credits. On top of all that, there is NO prompt for affect in this platform, unlike the quick avatar platform, and my video that was supposed to be of a serious nature is silly. Unusable. Worthless. 

This is really sad. I have made great videos on this platform, but, honestly, it's not ready for prime time. 

Get it together! Help your customers before they walk away!

Unlimited videos, up to 30 minutes each Included in Creator Plan - Supposedly???
