I created a 1-minute video using an existing avatar and template. Can I use it as an intro to a paid online training video I created?

I saw the following statement in the help center,

“Once you create a video with HeyGen, you're free to use and distribute it across any platform, including for commercial purposes, as long as your inputs align with standard guidelines. ”

Can videos made on the free plan be used commercially?
