Whenever I try to upload an image for a face swap, I keep getting a “Network Error.” Not sure if this is a HeyGen issue or if my image is the culprit.

Renamed the file (no spaces or special characters) 

As a final test, I even tried uploading a picture of a golden retriever — and still no luck 

Same error every time. Has anyone else run into this, or is there a trick I’m missing?
