1. Misleading claim about "unlimited" service

Your website, pricing page, and marketing materials clearly state that the paid plan includes "unlimited video creation." I relied on this statement when making my purchase. However, within minutes of activation, I encountered strict limits on Generative credits, avatar use, media assets, and video length—none of which were explicitly stated before payment. This constitutes false advertising under Canadian consumer protection laws (Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002) and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines.

When attempting to create a 3-minute video using standard features (text-to-speech, pre-made visual effects, and a public avatar), I received the following error:

"You have reached your Video Agent limit. To continue creating, you can add Generative credits or upgrade to unlimited mode."

The system then automatically downgraded my plan without my consent, removing access to the features I had paid for. This is a clear violation of the advertised service.

Due to these unspecified limitations, I have not created any usable videos under the paid plan. Therefore, the service is not as described, and I have received no benefit.
