How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

Hi when I first used it, it made beyond perfect looking avatar photos.

Now whatever I prompt it makes an obese avatar.

It happened after I wrote HeyGen about an error message I was getting.

Ever since then all my avatar photos come out obese, did someone change something in the settings?

Anyways to get the nice thin avatar generations instead?
