Since couple of days , my monthly subscription is pending. my plan was changed to free from "Creator" plan. 

My card works fine as it was success with other websites like kling ai, openai,… major websites.  So no problem with my card. 

When i see in settings it shows me next subscription on dec but my plan is still on free plan. 

I am project manager and developer from 15 years+ i see problem with heygen only according to my findings,…

if i click manually on "upgrade" selected on "creator" plan to do it manually isee error in console "you already have subscription active"  

It seems Heygen team done some wrong upgrades and make the whole website into bugs related to payments as well as website was slowed down. Please fix the issues soon as i see same issue from 2 days and 3rd day also same. please upgrade my account ASAP so i can using Heygen again .
