How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I am creating an avatar using existing footage of one of the partners in the company. The original consent I uploaded was from me, so his avatar was rejected. Question: 

a) How do I re-upload a new consent from him

b) Is there a way on the free plan ( i am testing the tool still) for him to do the consent video without him using my account?
