How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I have a good training video, with a good voice-over, that I made some years ago.  But it does not have my talking head in it.  It would be fantastic if I can add my Avatar in the top right corner, speaking as the video unrolls.  

However, the avatar needs to speak at the same pace as the existing voice-over, since the voice-over is synced to lots of image reveals and other events in the existing video.

Is there a way to get the avatar to speak the same script as in the existing video, at the same pace of the existing voice-over?

I can provide an audio file with the existing voice over, or even .vtt or .srt closed caption files with the script with the timing required.

I also thought about trying a trick - create a translation video but translating from English to English.  However, I don't have a video of me speaking the existing script, just the audio track - would that work?

If Heygen can to this, I will subscribe to the Team plan.
