How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

The website looks worse as well. They changed the font, logo, processing/loading animations, etc.

Before this update a few days ago, my ASUS TUF i5 12th gen, 16GB RAM with RTX 3050 4GB laptop could easily do everything for even 30 minute videos in the Editor. I even used to creatively manage/avoid the minimal bugs it had back then, a few days ago i mean, until the RECENT UPDATE.

Now even 20 minute long videos are using nearly either all the RAM and/or the Editor has become buggy and unstable even while just handling long texts. The elements like Animated Captions change color themselves or disappear totally from a video. The jumping cursor when there's long text inputs. The long text inputs invading/merging into the next 1 or 2+ scenes. Trying to play the scenes doesn't properly render the animated captions, like one sentence stuck as caption. Or if one or maybe two scenes can make them work, then again stuck at third scene. Sometimes, they get enabled for one scene which never had them and get removed from another scene. Plus many more issues!  

Please if possible, maybe reverse the update. This was completely unnecessary and degrading. This is unusable honestly. I am sure i am not the only one experiencing this. 

Please focus on making it work, keeping it lightweight and run efficiently for browsers, rather than trying to make it more beautiful. Otherwise competition will figure it out quicker/better.
