How to make the most of your HeyGen forum experience

I was able to pick which engine I would like to use when creating a video using AI studio, but right now that option has disappeared and every new generation relays on Avatar 3 - which makes the results pretty horrible. The support doesn't know what I'm talking about and suggests to use the homepage (

), but I've never used this one before and was able to successfully generate 4 version videos. Am I supposed to download a picture from the avatar that I have created (

) and paste it to new window? That's super odd.
