I'm developing a web app where users  practice conversational skills in different languages by speaking with an avatar. I have a couple of questions regarding Heygen's capabilities:

Customizing public avatars (not creating new ones):


 I’m not looking to create a fully custom avatar. Instead, I’d like to customize existing public avatars. For example: 

I’d like to choose one of the existing male avatars and make him speak Italian using a specific 

Similarly, I’d like to assign a different avatar (e.g., a female one) to speak Spanish, also using a selected ElevenLabs voice.

Change the language and voice of a public avatar? 

Integrate ElevenLabs voices directly into the streaming avatar experience? 

Post-conversation processing and API use:


 After each conversation, I’d like to: 

Capture the audio/transcription from the avatar interaction.

 (like OpenAI) to analyze the dialogue and generate some features for me 

I understand Heygen provides API support, but from what I’ve seen, it seems focused on generating videos or handling the live avatar stream. 

 of the live avatar conversation, so that I can send it to the LLM and display the results in the app.

Is this possible within the current Heygen platform or API?
