I've been a subscriber to this platform for two months, which I find functionally interesting. I disagree with the way credits are charged during video tuning. Specifically, my contract includes 200 credits per month by default, which are of little use if you need to develop a video just over 30 seconds long using an IV avatar. Each change to the prompt to correct the avatar's animations results in a charge equal to the entire length of the video. This approach discourages use of the platform and significantly undermines overall enjoyment. It would be better to charge for credit usage only upon completion of the work, or upon the FINAL generation of the video. I'm almost tempted to suspend my subscription because, not only is it impossible to purchase additional credits one-off (without increasing the monthly fee), but producing a video becomes excessively expensive compared to other alternative platforms. I trust you understand and consider the request for adjustment objectively! Thank you.
