Product feedback & requests

Our company is marketing our products across Europe and we view Heygene as an very good and promising tool for us. We use it to produce short videos in english, spanish, german etc and Heygen is a very effective tool for us to produce these with both audio and posters/graphics etc. in the correct language.

But: Our most important language/markets does not work properly: Norway/Norwegian. I have tried several voices - but the avatar is only speaking Danish or sounds like a foreigner trying to read Norwegian without knowning the language. Once I was able to force the agent to use this voice that speaks Norwegian, but this only worked one time: (Id: 4efd43386dc844c29d532cb5d5690f86)

The solution is to create the video in AI Agent with english audio and norwegian posters/graphics etc. Download it and then run it through your Video-translator. This works, but it is not perfect, and it consumes a lot of time with this extra processing. 

Q: Do you have any plans to develop Norwegian as a language in AI Agent primarily so I can use the Voice-cloning feature (we have approx. 20 different people/voices we should clone)
