We’re experiencing serious issues with dubbing quality and wanted to check if others have faced the same problem.

During initial tests and demo videos, everything worked perfectly fine. Based on that, we decided to move forward and translate 

none of the final videos meet production requirements

the language is Polish (not niche or uncommon), 

, changing or twisting words in a way that makes the content unusable.
 If this happened once or twice, we could accept it — but 

every single video contains noticeable errors

the same words are sometimes read correctly in one sentence and incorrectly in another, 

errors appear unpredictably, making manual fixes extremely time-consuming or impossible. 

, yet after generating those 15 (faulty) videos, we received a message that we had 

the videos are unusable due to dubbing errors, 

and the credits seem to be consumed anyway. 

-random pronunciation errors despite correct scripts? 

Any feedback from the community or HeyGen team would be highly appreciated, because right now this blocks us from using the platform in production.
