I'm just about to abandon Heygen and look at alternatives but wanted to try here first. Ive recorded a 2 minute video which was well lit and clear audio using my DJI pocket 3. When trying to create my avatar the video was refused by HeyGen. No reason was given so i dont quite know what to correct. I then tried recording directly from my MacBook and this was accepted. However I now have a message on my avatar video sayong verification Required. When i click the white verify button a dialogue box pops uop which seems to be trying to sell me an upgrade. I am on the free version as a tester but i have to say im not impressed so far. Perhaps it may be an idea to provide the end user with some clues as to what to do.  Any help would be much appreciated as i now cant proceed. cheers
